Access to and use of this Web site is subject to the following terms and conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. BY ACCESSING THIS WEB SITE, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great Huts, its affiliates, and third parties connected to Great Huts hereby expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Great Huts website or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, provided that this condition shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set out above. 13. Some rates have special requirements such as AAA membership or Senior Citizen proof of age at check-in. Verify that you qualify for the rate that you have booked. Great Huts is not obligated to honor this rate if you do not qualify or are unable to provide the requisite proof of qualification.

For non-US Properties, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the Property at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the Property and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the Great Huts control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.

YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER GREAT HUTS NOR ANY OTHER PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED TO THIS SITE ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, OR INTERCEPTION OR USE OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SITES LINKED OR ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SITE. 18. This is a United States website and is subject to United States law. Great Huts will disclose any information regarding the use of this site including personal information pertaining to you without your permission when required by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against harmful activities to Great Huts, guests, visitors, associates, or property (including this site), or to others. These Terms and Conditions of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to the Web Sites or use of the Web Sites, shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
