Charity Concert

This Friday, May 5th 2014, Great Huts- Paradise on The Edge hosted a fund-raising concert on behalf of the Portland Rehabilitation Management Centre (PRMC). The event was the brainchild of Enes Abassi, a volunteer from Belgium, who worked at the homeless centre, for which the much-needed funds were raised.

We are proud to say it was a full house on the Safari Deck as the guests dined and were entertained by the Manchioneal Culture Group from Portland, and master drummer Maroghini, who did a brief and impromptu collab with specially invited performer, singer and dancer Mystic, who dazzled the audience with some sultry dance moves. Among the audience were Dr Paul Rhodes, owner and designer of Great Huts and other members of the PRMC, who also personally performed a number of well know songs.

It was a great event and has raised funds for the local charity and was extremely well-received.

Great appreciation to all of those who attended and contributed!
